Carbon Steel Checkered Plate

Produced from carbon steel coil by hot rolling with patterned rolls to form raised slip-resistant designs. Features excellent structural strength, good wear resistance, and high load-bearing capacity. Available grades: Q195, Q235, Q345, SS400, S235JR, S355JR.

Silicon steel sheet

Produced from low-carbon steel with silicon content (0.5%–4.5%) added to reduce core loss and improve magnetic permeability. Features low hysteresis loss, high magnetic flux density, excellent lamination properties, and uniform insulating coating.

Corten Steel Plate

Produced by adding small amounts of alloying elements (copper, chromium, nickel, phosphorus) to carbon steel, forming a dense and adherent oxide layer (patina) when exposed to outdoor atmosphere. This protective layer eliminates the need for painting and prevents further corrosion.

Tinplate

Produced by cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheet followed by electrolytic tinning to deposit a uniform tin coating. Features bright metallic surface, excellent solderability, good corrosion resistance, and strong adhesion for printing and coating. Available in base grades including MR, SPCC, D type, and L type.

Sandwich Corrugated Steel Plate

Composed of two pre-painted steel sheets (top sheet corrugated, bottom sheet usually flat or micro-ribbed) with a rigid insulating core bonded under heat and pressure. Features excellent thermal insulation, sound reduction, lightweight structure, and high load-bearing capacity. Available core materials: polyurethane (PU), rock wool, expanded polystyrene (EPS), or PIR.

Color Coated Corrugated Steel Plate

Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized or galvalume steel coil, coated with high-performance primer and topcoat (polyester, PVDF, or HDP) through continuous coil coating process, then roll-formed into corrugated profiles. Features uniform color finish, excellent weather resistance, and good corrosion protection.

Galvanized Steel Plate

Produced by immersing cold rolled steel sheet into molten zinc bath, forming a uniform zinc coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance. Features smooth surface, good adhesion, and strong coating uniformity.
