Produced by hot rolling or cold rolling from high-quality aluminum alloy ingot. Features light weight, good corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent formability. Available alloys: 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3105, 5052, 5083, 5754, 6061, 6082, 7075. Thickness range: 0.2mm – 200mm (thin sheet 0.2–6mm, plate 6–200mm). Width: up to 2500mm. Length: up to 12000mm (custom). Surface finish: mill finish (as-rolled), embossed (stucco/tread), polished (mirror or brushed), anodized (silver, bronze, gold, black), powder coated (RAL colors), or painted. Temper: O (annealed), H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H32, H34, H36, T4, T6, T651. Tolerances: ASTM B209 or EN 485. Excellent weldability, formability, and corrosion resistance (marine grades like 5083). Meets ASTM B209, EN 485, JIS H4000, or GB/T 3880 standards. Production description
Aluminum ingot is heated and hot rolled to reduce thickness, then cold rolled to achieve precise dimensions and surface finish. Intermediate annealing may be applied to soften the material. The sheet or plate is then leveled, cut to size, and optionally surface treated (anodized, coated, or polished). Finished plates are inspected for thickness, flatness, and surface quality.
Shipping Packaging
For export, aluminum sheets/plates are interleaved with kraft paper or plastic film, wrapped with VCI paper and moisture-proof polyethylene, packed on ISPM-15 wooden pallets, secured with steel straps, and fitted with edge protectors. Labels include alloy, temper, dimensions, and heat number for safe sea freight.

FAQ
1. How to store aluminum sheets/plates to prevent surface oxidation and scratches?
Store in dry, clean area on wooden pallets, keep original protective interleaving and wrapping intact. Avoid direct contact with concrete or wet ground. For long-term storage, keep indoors with humidity below 60%. Do not stack heavy loads that could cause bending or surface marks.
2. What is the difference between 5052 and 6061 aluminum plates for fabrication?
5052 offers excellent corrosion resistance (especially in marine environments), good formability, and moderate strength, ideal for fuel tanks, marine components, and sheet metal work. 6061 provides higher strength and better machinability, suitable for structural frames, machinery parts, and heavy-duty applications where load-bearing capacity is critical.
3. Can aluminum plates be welded, bent, or machined easily?
Yes. Most alloys (1050, 3003, 5052, 6061) are weldable using TIG or MIG with appropriate filler. Bending is best done with annealed (O) or H32 tempers; harder tempers (H18, T6) require larger radii. Machining (cutting, drilling, milling) is straightforward with sharp carbide tools and proper lubrication. For best results, request temper suited to your fabrication process.
